This jacket is inspired by the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi, which means finding beauty in things that aren’t perfect and in how they naturally change over time. The waxed coating will slowly wear off to reveal the white denim underneath, so the piece evolves and ages in a unique way with every wear. Inside, the chaotic hand-painted brushstrokes add another layer of intentional imperfection that completes the whole philosophy.
